Accessing Web Submissions Transaction Reports

The WCS application provides a reporting function for you to view a listing of claims submitted within the past 12 months.

To access the reports:

  1. From the menu's Web Claims Submission panel, click the Launch button. The Web Claim Submission screen will appear.

  2. Notice that the Reports link now appears next to the Menu link toward the top right of the screen, as shown below.

  1. Click the Reports link. The Web Submissions Transaction Reports page will appear.

  1. In the Date of Submission field, enter the date. (Do not include hyphens or slash characters between month, day, and year.) Use one of these methods:

  1. To display the report, click the Go button. To clear the date fields and start over, click Clear.
