If you've misplaced or damaged your ID card(s), you can easily get a new card(s) sent to you.
To order ID cards:
From the menu, click the ID Cards link. The Order ID Cards screen will appear.
(Note: Clicking the Order Cards button instantly sends your request—you cannot cancel the request.) Click the Order Cards button, shown above. The ID Card Order Confirmation screen will appear. You can only place one order per day. To go back to the menu, click the Return to Menu link.
Note: You can also access the Order ID Cards feature from the Coverage Summary screen by clicking the Order link in the ID Cards column.
