Viewing benefits summary information

The benefits Summary screen provides an overview of eligibility and benefits. To view this information:

  1. Access the Select Policy screen as detailed in the Searching for a member topic.

  2. In the Select Policy screen, click the + sign next to the member's name. This expands the list to show the member and any covered members or dependents.

  1. In the "Benefits" column, click the View button for the member whose benefits overview you'd like to view.

The Summary tab displays by default. (The currently selected tab will have a blue underline below the tab name.)

Note: To print this information, click the Print Information button located at the bottom of the summary. Use the Print dialog box to set up print options.
