The Benefits Inquiry feature lets you view summary, detail, and frequency limits for common dental services for your active group.
To display the Benefits Inquiry page:
From the Coverage Summary page, click the View link in the Benefits Inquiry column, shown in the example below.
Note: If there is no View link, contact the Customer Service phone number listed on your ID card.
Note: You can also access the Benefits Inquiry page from the Claims Inquiry, Claims Summary, or Claim Details pages by clicking the Benefits Inquiry link on those pages.
