Viewing benefits details

The benefits Details screen lets you view policy deductibles and maximums. To view this information:

Access the Select Policy screen as detailed in the Searching for a Subscriber topic.
In the Select Policy screen, click the + sign next to the subscriber's name (it changes to a - sign, as shown below). This expands the list to show the subscriber and any covered members or dependents.

In the "Benefits" column, click the View button for the subscriber/member whose benefits details you'd like to view.

By default, the Summary tab displays.

Click the Details tab.

From the "Select a Network" drop-down list, choose a network.

Details for that network will display.

Note: To print this information, click the Print Information button located at the bottom of the details. Use the Print dialog box to set up print options.

To return to the previous screen, click the button in the upper right corner of the details screen.
To return to the menu, click the Menu link in the upper portion of the screen.
