Viewing benefits frequency limits

The benefits Frequency Limits for Common Services screen shows you code types and their frequency limits for the member's policy. To view this information:

Access the Select Policy screen as detailed in the Searching for a Subscriber topic.
In the Select Policy screen, click the + sign next to the subscriber's name (it changes to a - sign, as shown below). This expands the list to show the subscriber and any covered members or dependents.

In the "Benefits" column, click the View button for the subscriber/member whose benefits frequency limits you'd like to view.

By default, the Summary tab displays.

Click the Frequency Limits for Common Services tab.

Frequency information will display.

Note: To print this information, click the Print Information button located at the bottom of the frequency details. Use the Print dialog box to set up print options.

To return to the previous screen, click the button in the upper right corner of the frequency limits screen.
To return to the menu, click the Menu link in the upper portion of the screen.
