To view a list of claims for a subscriber or member:
Access the Select Policy screen as detailed in the Searching for a Subscriber topic.
In the Select Policy screen, click the + sign next to the subscriber's name (it changes to a - sign, as shown below). This expands the list to show the subscriber and any covered members or dependents.
The "Claims List" screen will display.
Details for that claim will display.
Note: To print this information, click the Print Information button located at the bottom of the frequency details. Use the Print dialog box to set up print options.
To return to the menu, click the Menu link in the upper portion of the screen.
