The Provider application lets you access a wealth of patient information, such as eligibility, plan, claims, and coverage details. You can also look up procedure and payment details, submit claims over the web, set up electronic fund transfers, and paperless EOB statements.
After signing in, the menu screen (shown below) provides one-click access to the features mentioned above.
No matter where you are in the application, you'll always be able to access the links found toward the upper right corner. In addition to the Help link you clicked to see this Help system, you can change your account password, edit your user profile, or sign out of the provider application.
For security purposes, the application will time out after 30 minutes of inactivity (such as no keyboard input or mouse/pointer movement). After timing out, you will need to sign in again.
Click the Sign Out link (shown above) to close the application properly.
Note: Avoid clicking the 
button in the browser window's upper right corner, as this leaves your connection open.
